Arlette Rujel, born and raised in Callao, Peru, embodies a blend of elegance, resilience, and cultural pride. Her journey began in earnest in 2013, when she won Miss Teen Model Peru, later representing her country internationally at Miss Teen Model Internacional 2016 and earning the runner-up title at the prestigious World Top Model contest that same year. Arlette’s determination paid off: she reached the Top 5 at Miss Peru 2020 and was later crowned Reina Hispanoamericana Peru 2022, becoming the first Peruvian to win the international Reina Hispanoamericana title held in Bolivia.
