Maria Felix was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, where she enjoyed a joyful and meaningful childhood. From a very young age, she stood out for her intelligence and determination, which allowed her to excel academically. At just three years old, Maria began training in ballet and contemporary dance, while also exploring her talent in theater—gracing the stages of some of the country’s most renowned venues. Her days were filled with creative expression and learning, all supported by loving parents who instilled in her strong values and an unwavering zest for life.
At the age of fifteen, Maria’s life took a new direction when her parents separated. Her mother made the courageous decision to move to the United States with Maria and her younger brother in search of better opportunities. While the transition was challenging, it opened doors that would shape Maria’s future in profound ways. She went on to complete her education, pursue a modeling career in New York City, and eventually establish herself as a finance specialist in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.
