Khadesia Walker

INTRODUCTION

Khadesia Walker is Miss Grand Guyana 2026, a multi-title pageant holder, entrepreneur, actress, model, and graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Economics. With experience spanning business, fashion, acting, sales, and social media marketing, she has generated over $150,000 in fashion sales while also building her own entrepreneurial ventures.

Khadesia is also the founder of Keke Mary Styles and #ImAGirlBOSS, a nationally recognized girls’ empowerment movement whose message has reached young women across the United States and around the world. Through #ImAGirlBOSS, she encourages girls to embrace their individuality, build confidence, recognize their potential, and understand that there is no limit to what they can become.

As a multi-title pageant holder with experience competing nationally and internationally, Khadesia brings together her strengths as a businesswoman, performer, advocate, and creative. As Miss Grand Guyana, she aspires to use the Miss Grand International platform to proudly represent Guyana, expand the impact of her initiatives, and demonstrate that beauty becomes even more powerful when combined with intelligence, business, resilience, and purpose.

Stop the War and Violence

To me, “Stop the War and Violence” means recognizing the value of every human life and understanding that violence—whether it occurs between nations, within communities, or behind closed doors—leaves consequences that can continue for generations.

I am especially passionate about the violence women and girls experience in their everyday lives. Through my work empowering young women, I have learned how important it is to create environments where girls feel safe enough to speak, confident enough to advocate for themselves, and supported enough to seek help when they need it.

I would also like to use #ImAGirlBOSS, the nationally recognized girls’ empowerment initiative I founded, to help amplify the “Stop the War and Violence” message. Through workshops, conversations, social media, and community outreach, I want to encourage young women to use their voices, understand their worth, recognize unhealthy behaviors, choose peaceful ways of resolving conflict, and become advocates for change within their own communities.

I believe lasting change begins with empathy, education, communication, and prevention. We may not individually have the power to end every conflict, but we all have the power to reject violence in our own environments, challenge behaviors that normalize it, support survivors, and teach the next generation healthier ways to resolve conflict.

As Miss Grand Guyana, and ultimately as Miss Grand International, I would use both the international platform and the foundation I have already built through #ImAGirlBOSS to spread this message further. To me, peace is not only something negotiated between countries—it is something we must practice in our homes, relationships, schools, and communities. Stopping war and violence begins when we stop accepting violence as normal.

The 4Bs

To me, Body, Beauty, Brain, and Business represent the modern woman—the ability to take care of herself, command a room, think critically, and turn her ideas into action. I do not see the 4Bs as four separate qualities; together, they represent the multifaceted woman I have worked to become.

Body represents discipline, health, confidence, and the strength required to perform at your best. As a model, performer, and multi-title pageant competitor, I have learned that taking care of my body is not simply about appearance—it is about having the stamina, confidence, and discipline to show up fully.

Beauty, to me, is presence. Physical beauty may capture someone’s attention, but character, individuality, kindness, and confidence determine whether you are remembered. I have learned to embrace the qualities that make me different rather than trying to fit one definition of what a beauty queen should be.

Brain represents one of the foundations of my life. Earning my degree in Economics from Penn State University taught me to think analytically, understand markets and human behavior, and approach opportunities strategically. My education continues to influence the way I make decisions as an entrepreneur and businesswoman.

Business is where I turn those ideas into measurable results. I have built my own businesses, created a nationally recognized empowerment movement, developed experience in branding and social media marketing, and generated more than $150,000 in fashion sales. I understand how to connect with consumers, communicate value, build relationships, and represent a brand.

My ambition is to bring all four to Miss Grand International. I want to be a titleholder who can perform on its stage, represent its brand, connect with its audience, contribute business ideas, and create value for the organization. To me, the 4Bs ultimately mean being more than beautiful—they mean being prepared to turn an opportunity into impact.

Skills

My strongest skills include communication, sales, entrepreneurship, acting, public speaking, storytelling, social media marketing, content creation, fashion styling, creative direction, branding, and audience engagement. I would also consider my tenacity and work ethic among my greatest strengths.

When I set a goal, I am willing to work relentlessly for it, learn from setbacks, adapt, and keep going until I find another way forward. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect with people. Whether I am speaking on stage, performing in front of a camera, creating digital content, working with a customer, or presenting an idea, I know how to read an audience and adjust the way I communicate.

I am also a strong salesperson and creative problem-solver. My background in Economics, entrepreneurship, fashion, and marketing has taught me how to understand what people want, communicate value, and turn creative ideas into results.

As a trained actress, I am comfortable performing, improvising, taking direction, and communicating emotion on camera and in front of a live audience.

Most importantly, I am hardworking, resilient, and adaptable. I have learned how to move between business, entertainment, fashion, advocacy, and pageantry while remaining authentically myself. I believe my tenacity—the ability to keep showing up, improving, and pursuing what I believe in even when the journey is difficult—is one of the most valuable skills I would bring to Miss Grand International.

I also love to dance!

PASSION TO BEAUTY PAGEANT

My Passion for Beauty Pageants

My passion for pageantry began when I competed in my first pageant at seven years old, but the reason I continue today is very different from the reason I started. Pageantry has become one of the spaces where all sides of who I am can exist at once—the performer, entrepreneur, advocate, businesswoman, creative, and woman who simply loves the excitement of stepping onto a stage.

As a multi-title holder who has competed nationally and internationally, pageantry has challenged me to become more confident, disciplined, resilient, and comfortable using my voice. I have experienced both victories and disappointments, and both have shaped the woman and competitor I am today.

What excites me most about Miss Grand International is that it celebrates more than traditional beauty. It values entertainment, personality, communication, business, and the ability to connect with an audience. I love pageantry because a crown can open a door, but what a woman chooses to do once she walks through that door is what gives the crown meaning.
