I am Milena Rabelo, Miss Grand Portugal 2026. With a background in Law and international life experience, I have learned that true strength comes from empathy, discipline, and the courage to stand for what we believe in. I am passionate about communication, culture, and empowering people through meaningful action. As Miss Grand Portugal, I want to use my voice not only to represent the beauty and spirit of Portugal, but also to inspire others to turn empathy into action and create a positive impact in the world.
Stop the War and Violence
To me, “Stop the War and Violence” means choosing humanity before our differences. Violence does not only destroy lives; it affects families, children, communities, and generations. I believe peace begins with empathy, education, dialogue, and the courage to speak when others are suffering. As a titleholder, I want to use my voice responsibly to remind people that compassion must always be stronger than hate.
The 4Bs
To me, the 4Bs represent the modern woman in her entirety. Body is discipline and taking care of myself. Beauty is confidence, authenticity, and the way we make others feel. Brain is knowledge, critical thinking, and the ability to use my voice with purpose. Business is independence, ambition, and transforming ideas into opportunities. Together, they represent the woman I strive to be: strong, intelligent, compassionate, independent, and capable of turning influence into meaningful action.

My Passion for Beauty Pageants
Beauty pageants represent much more than beauty to me. They are a platform where a woman can transform her story, values, discipline, and voice into influence. I love the challenge of constantly becoming a stronger and more prepared version of myself, while having the opportunity to inspire and connect with people from different cultures.
