INTRODUCTION
Moniece Lam, Miss Grand Macau 2026, is a business professional, host, and cultural storyteller born and raised in Macau. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Macau and studied International Business at Munich Business School. Her career has taken her from digital marketing in Macau to international beauty and e-commerce projects in Shanghai, and today she serves as Operations Director at FGI Group Holdings, working across business operations, AI, and digital transformation. Growing up in Macau, where Chinese and Portuguese influences live side by side, taught her that identity does not need to choose one world over another. She believes good communication begins with listening and respect. Through Miss Grand International, Moniece hopes to use her voice, professional experience, and media presence to share Macau’s culture with a wider audience, encourage respectful dialogue, and show that a modern woman can be graceful, commercially capable, and socially responsible at the same time.
Stop the War and Violence
To me, “Stop the War and Violence” begins with refusing to dehumanize people we disagree with. Violence is not only what happens on a battlefield; it can also appear in homes, online spaces, communities, and the way we speak to one another. Growing up in Macau, I learned that different histories and cultures can share the same city with respect. Peace is not passive. It requires education, dialogue, accountability, and the courage to protect people who are vulnerable. If I have a public voice, I want to use it to make respect more visible and hatred less normal. We may not be able to solve every conflict ourselves, but we can choose not to add more violence to the world around us.
The 4Bs
To me, the 4Bs are not four separate qualities; they are four responsibilities. Body means discipline: taking care of my health and having the stamina to perform. Beauty means presence with kindness: how I make people feel, not only how I look. Brain means judgment: listening carefully, thinking independently, and speaking with responsibility. Business means turning opportunity into sustainable value. My career in operations, digital marketing, and cross-border business has taught me that ideas only matter when they can be executed. Together, the 4Bs describe the woman I want to be: healthy enough to work, confident enough to be seen, thoughtful enough to speak, and capable enough to turn visibility into useful, sustainable work.

My Passion for Beauty Pageants
Beauty pageants came into my life after I had already spent years in business, and that is exactly why I value them. I do not see a pageant as a place to become someone else; I see it as a platform that asks a woman to bring together discipline, communication, culture, and purpose. I enjoy the challenge of transforming professional experience into stage presence and public communication. I also value the opportunity to meet women from different backgrounds, learn from them, and represent Macau with authenticity. For me, pageantry is meaningful when the attention it creates is turned into connection, positive influence, and work that continues after the final night.
