Polina Ammosova

My name is Polina Ammosova. I am 24 years old. I am a medical manager and am studying at I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, where I am currently pursuing my master’s degree. I am also a professional model and film actress.

I love sports: I am a professional swimmer and Sambo wrestler, and I also enjoy dancing and pole gymnastics. I love spending time with my family and my pets. I rescued my pets from the streets, and I love them very much.

For many years, I have been involved in public activities to protect the rights of homeless companion animals, including cats and dogs. I have my own program for rescuing animals from the streets and helping them adapt to life with humans. The problem of rescuing homeless animals is a pressing issue worldwide. I see participation in the Miss Grand International competition as a great opportunity to introduce myself to a global audience and draw attention to solving the problems of homeless animals in Russia and around the world.

Stop the War and Violence

I share and support the values of peace, security, and respect for human life. I deeply empathize with all peaceful people who have faced violence and cruelty. I sincerely hope for the swift resolution of any conflicts and want peace to prevail throughout the world.

The 4Bs

I believe the “4Bs” concept describes the harmonious development of a woman, encompassing both outer and inner attractiveness, underpinned by intelligence and entrepreneurial success.

Body: This means caring for my health and maintaining good physical shape, muscle tone, an active fitness routine, and proper self-care.

Beauty: This refers to both inner and outer beauty. Inner beauty lies in one’s inner world, soul, and intentions. Outer beauty encompasses aesthetics, grooming, the ability to present oneself well and highlight one’s best features, a harmonious image, style, and charisma.

Brain: I possess a high level of intelligence, thereby debunking the stereotype of the “dumb blonde.” I am constantly learning and acquiring new knowledge. I hold a bachelor’s degree and am currently pursuing a master’s degree. I possess critical thinking skills and strive for wisdom in life.

Business: I have achieved financial independence, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and am actively building my career. I am capable of monetizing my talents and excel at multitasking. My future profession is in project management.
